When asked what he liked best about working with VOCEC in the Carwash J.M. says:
I like to please the customers, and we know when we do a good job because they tip us. I also like working with the other associates, and working as a team.

I like everything just the way it is, and the support staff treat me very well, so nothing I guess
2010 Special Awards
Bob Scott Award
The Bob Scott Award is awarded each year to a VOCEC business associate who has been nominated for a significant contribution to VOCEC for the past year. The award was established in honour of one of our founding members Mr. Bob Scott. It consists of $100 and the associate's name engraved on a plaque. This year the award was presented to an outstanding associate for the Hands On Carwash; located at 15 Russell Street; Jerome Martell. Engraved plaques were presented to him and to all recipients since 2004.
Majka Lagarde Award
This award is presented to the business associate who has demonstrated persistence, determination, dedication and commitment to make their businesses grow. This year's winner of this award is Penny Turner of Tree-Free VOCEC.
